Leaving Earth
This is my latest photomanipulation. It is made using photoshop, blender and lightroom. I have made several versions, my most favorite one is the BW which gives me interstellar vibes. I made 2 compositions. As I worked, I realize that putting the flame of the rocket behind the astronaut would create a nice contrast.
All of the foreground + the astronaut and robot are a 3d render. The 3d renders are then composed in photoshop with the rockets and sky.
This piece is supposed to symbolize that we as humans will someday be forced to leave the earth to survive. It is a scary and interesting at the same time.
